1. General Terms

• Our services are digital in nature; hence access to course content is considered as service activation.

2. Course Access & Cancellation Window

• If the course has not been accessed or started, users may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

• Once access to course materials, live sessions, or downloadable content is granted, cancellation is not applicable.

• For subscriptions or EMI-based enrollments (if applicable), once activated, no partial cancellation request will be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Registration fees, downloadable study materials, certification processing charges, and special discounted enrollments are strictly non-refundable.

• Courses purchased during limited-time offers, flash sales, or using coupons are also non-refundable.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

Important: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method after verification.

5. Cancellation Request Process

To request cancellation, users must:

1. Email us at support@thinktekmedia.in with:

   • Full Name

   • Registered Email / Mobile Number

   • Course Name

   • Payment Receipt / Transaction ID

   • Reason for Cancellation

2. Our support team will review your request and update you via email.

6. Course Transfer / Batch Change

• Users may request a one-time course transfer or batch change before attending any session, subject to availability and internal approval.

• Batch change fee may apply depending on course structure.

7. Company Rights

• Think Tek Media reserves the right to refuse cancellation or refund in case of policy breach, misuse, or fraudulent claims.

• The company may modify or update this policy without prior notice. Updated policies will be available on the official website.
